Services
Our wedding planning services are tailored to your requirements and you will receive a free initial consultation. The below breakdown of services and fees are just to give you an idea of some of the planning we can do for you. However, if there is anything else you may need help with, we will be able to adapt the service and fees to an individual and unique package just for you.
 
Wedding Venue Search:
To help you find that perfect venue we will firstly meet with you to discuss all your ideas of what it is you are looking for. We will then research up to 3 venues for you based on that discussion, ensuring availability. After you have reviewed the options we will join you on your visit and walk through what is on offer at each location.
Fee: £225

Wedding Supplier Search:
For those added extras, such as photographers, florists, toastmasters ... we will search up to 3 suppliers for you to choose from based on an initial consultation with you. You can then look at the options on offer and make an informed choice.
Fee: £35 per search
 
Wedding Budget Management:
We can take your total budget you have planned for the whole day and work out separate budgets for each aspect after consultation with you, and the wedding venue chosen. The budget will be broken down and entered electronically into a wedding budget plan, so that alterations can be made through out the planning stages, and you can monitor your finances more closely and ensure that nothing gets too out of hand.
Fee: £70
 
On The Day Service:
You may have already done all the planning for your wedding, but want the reassurance that there is someone on the day who can ensure all your plans are carried out as you wish. We can be at the ceremony venue from the very start of the day ensuring everything is set up accordingly, and will stay with you through out the entire day until the last guest departs in the evening.
Fee: £400
Additional £15 an hour after 11pm
 
Full Planning and On The Day Co-ordination:
If you require our full planning and on the day service you can have just that! With frequent meetings and phone calls we can arrange everything from booking the venue at the beginning, through to organising photographers, florists, transport, and the cake to name a few, creating time lines for you as to when you need to attend meetings for the marriage licence, managing your overall budget and of course being with you every step of the way on your special day!
Fee: Starting from £1,000
 
SOS Emergency 2 weeks before the wedding:
In case any of your plans fall through or you are let down by suppliers and you are in need of help with re-arranging any part of your special day. We can help take that stress away and help ensure that everything still runs smoothly
Fee: Starting from £75
 
SOS Emergency - the day of the wedding:
The last thing anyone wants to be doing on the day of the wedding is sorting out problems that have arisen for a variety of reasons. If you have any problems on the day and want to have the stress removed and make sure that the day still goes to plan, then we can come and look after you, and help put the day back on track.
Fee: half day £400
Full Day £600
An additional £20 an hour after 11pm

Hen / Stag Party Organisation:
Not quite sure how to celebrate with the girls or the boys? Or just struggling to plan everything with so much still to do for the wedding? Let us help remove the stress and create the fun for you!                Fee: From £70 - call for a tailor made quote for your personal requirements

Special Event Planning:
Here at Sarah's Wedding Services we can also help out with those other special events, from birthday parties to wedding anniversaries. As with the wedding planning, we really can help with as much or as little as you may need.
